Team Building, Team Eating

As we near the end of the book the people begin to become more savage and desperate. For example a lot of men began to eat there dead friends. First they were team building working with each other, but now they are team eating. The book related this occurrence to the Medusa shipwreck which sounds very similar to the Essex crash. Which I love because like I said I am a history buff.
